Please let me win.

I never win cool stuff :-(.
I've been a gamer for most of my life. I purchased the original Xbox
on release and became a LIVE member when it was released one year
later. I then purchased an Xbox 360 when it released four years
later and dove into an even better gaming experience.

I lined up at midnight on November 9th, 2004 to purchase Halo 2 at EB
Games. I also lined up at midnight on Setpember 25th, 2007 to
purchase Halo 3 at Best Buy. On November 7th, 2008 I lined up and
purchased Gears of War 2 at Best Buy at midnight.

All in all, I'm a pretty hardcore gamer and I spend quite a few hours
per week gaming - and I need to get everything right when it comes
out.

So, being a hardcore gamer like this would make it cool to have a
family that is into games too, right? Unfortunately, I was always
the only gamer in my family. My parents always told me I played too
much.

As a result, I was extremely alarmed after being away at school for a
semester that when I was home for the holidays, on Boxing Day (a
Holiday the day after Christmas where stores have massive sales, in
Canada) my father purchased an Xbox 360 Pro bundle and also bought
another 8 games to go with it. My dad created an Xbox LIVE account
and told me that he had been 'reading about it online and it sounded
cool.'

I was pretty surprised but thought that it was neat that I had a new
family member that was into gaming...which all happened during the
Christmas holidays of '07.

So thats my gaming story... I can haz Holiday Wish List prize number
1?!?!?

PS. I love X3F

WOOOOO I'M IN!

Now, will it actually be ON the 1st, or before? It says "On or before November 1st"...
I. Will be evil.
Xav is from the Toronto area? That's pretty cool actually...I'm in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) as well.
No, I mean "About damn time."
About damn time.
I like how you guys made this site, Engadget Mobile, look MORE like T-Mobile =)!!!

The 'engadget' is placed nicely above the mobile part to look like the top of the T.

Well done!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I want a 13-incher. I need something with a great keyboard for typing, as this will mostly be used for note taking in class. I am absolutely smitten with the XPS 13, but I'm afraid that with its age Dell is going to give it an update soon. Any advice for someone in my shoes?"
