Jul 21st 2006 11:40AM I got a Q the day it came out...the first unit I had had all kinds of problems so I took it back. The second unit has been flawless and I have had no crashing or anything like that.

May 22nd 2006 10:48AM It has Pocket Outlook not Pocket Office. Unless they provide 3rd party software I'm not sure if you can even view Office Documents on here. Nevertheless I'm getting one the day it comes out. Good price all around for features and data/minutes.
