PSP, the little hand held that could be.

Sony could make the PSP a LOT better, just by implementing some software features, but they don't.

On the hardware side, a jump to PSP-3001 should result on a bigger hardware changes.

Hopefully they still have something up their sleeves. A touch screen would have me :D
My opinion on the PSP phone is that they shouldn't try to make it a real phone.

Just put a quad band chip in there (plus 3Gs) and give it bluetooth, so it would be intended to always be used with a headset or loudspeaker.
No need to put the big PSP against your face to chat.

Along the way they could give the PSP: a touch screen, an accelerometer, a better screen (higher res and maybe make it an AMOLED for better quality and energy efficency), an nvidia tegra chip and longer battery life.
Yeah dream on!

Also they could lose the UMD drive, make it even slimmer and add some internal mem.
wow, very interesting tips, all sound very logical, thx.

Bookmarking this to remember later :D
omg true, and it also has a mini-usb connector.

Not like my Z610i that uses a proprietary connector on the phone end to connect to the computer.
True.

Not a word about Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw (the author) or ZP. :(
You should tell those guys that Pioneer is showing of a 50" *cough* "photo frame" that is thinner and better looking than theirs. :D

j/k
Does this one also include a virus pre-installed as well?

xD
Well, maybe it is time to make a "What is your favorite PDF Reader that is not Acrobat Reader? Ask DLS"
This is pure cyber-terrorism!

If i were Seagate i would call to FBI for investigation. :D
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
