Nice, looks good so far!!
But then you pay outrageous amounts for a Verizon data plan.
Sorry, it's an optical trackpad. Still should be better than a ball though.
Uses Verizon Network. A friend of mine has it and loves the service and customer service. It has been available in a limited test market for the last several months.
Like the Jarry said in the video, leave the Atom side running all the time for downloads and such. The idle consumption was 30 watts. For downloading, you don't need anything near a quad core that consumes 250w. When you want to use the downloaded file the next morning, turn on the P45 side and rock and roll. I can certainly see the value in this product if the price is right.
I hate to see it go. I was able to find a lot of underground bands on Ruckus that I never would have heard of otherwise. RIP
I kind of like the idea. I'm married with a 5 month old son and work a full time job + overtime. I don't have 20 to 30 hours to unlock all of the cool stuff just so I can enjoy a full fledged online experience with friends right out of the box. I hate popping a game in expecting to have a blast doing 2 player with a cousin over. It's a disappointment to only be able to use a couple tracks / maps.
Dangit.. and I just bought a ZI6 about a week before Christmas. Oh well.
Good in Alabama. Yes.. we have internet here.
We give Sprint / Nextel almost $6,000 month for 120 phones and 16 data cards. We resigned our contract in September with new rate plans and combined a few accounts into one. Still 4 months later, our bill is a royal mess. We had a conference call scheduled on Monday morning to try and get the bill straightened out . Four Sprint reps were supposed to come. Only 1 showed up. The rest opted to stay at their office and come in via conference call. I wouldn't doubt it if Sprint lost our 120 lines come contract time in September. We'll go to either Alltel or AT&T.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
