Due first of all, there isn't much difference between the processors other than the cooling setups. And guess what other PC latops such as some ASUS laptops have the same issues.

Second of all, I consider myself more than well versed in Computers, and I can tell that its the software.Sure mac gamers really don't exist, but thats the beauty of the Operating industry, there are choices for those people. You want integration like no other, and great software for every day use, Use Mac OS X. You need, Scientific Computing, Linux is there for you. Need to game and use very business-centric software, theres a Windows XP box just for you. All the OSes have their strengths and weakness.

So stop bashing Mac, because there is a fair share to be said about PC's
how long until the apple store is down?
Black MacBook Pro with Merom (c'mon your stevieness.)
What Platform is what i want to know. And I think that is a BlackBook Pro, with a definite update to 64bit. Now I hope they release leopard soon (before september 16th), so i can get an iPud for really cheap
i can finally go outside again (the outside world is so boring without engadget podcasts), but is Ryan back from SF or is he still there? it didn't sound like a gizmo podcast
If this isn't a development version of the item, which it probably is, but if it isn't then this is going to be ugly. The design is there but it needs the materials
I believe however the problem with high fructose corn syrup is its ubiquity. American consume HFCS in just about everything and having a diet based on a single product isn't health in and of itself, even if one was to only consume carrots.
SLVR isn't that hard, its either Silver or Sliver. But KRZR, Crazier, that doesn't sound right. Krazer, WTF is that.ANd like Krazer, thats not even real. This is either fake, or Moto is doing a worse jobe than Wii (I mean Nintendo , not US)
Just like you have FCC Friday's, You should have Boy Genius Tuesday's. The Boy Genius is my favorite scoopster, much better than the FCC, because in all respects, FCC leaks aren't really leaks, so technically are they scoopsters?.
engadget (specifically rojas) loves treos. don't they. We all do, just waiting for Jobs to finally say "yeah I finally use a treo too".
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
