As I have said before it's quite the looker but the substance isn't there and makes the MacBook Air seem reasonable not that I would ever buy that thing either.
I own one and it's most certainly not. It's wide instead of tall. Perhaps that might be how a 3GS would look with its side to a black hole as it would be stretched as the gravity would increase from one side to the other. Though if you were that far into a black hole you would be already dead.

Wait... I was talking about a possible Apple tablet right?
Just get rid of the top and be done with it. The "W" looks good without it.
I know a lovely spot for stargazing. This would be great for me.
@ Giants Win:

Apple actually used the Stones in the New Colours iMac advert. "She's a Rainbow" was played as iMacs flew by on a white background. Considering that advert played in 1999 Apple has had dibs on the Stones music for a while. That being said back then I thought the same thing.

On a related note those adverts really made those iMacs look gorgeous and was the first time in years that I thought of a Mac as lust worthy. It was one of the first times I thought of switching back to Mac before I finally did in 2004. Thinking back on those colourful models I would love to see some of that colour now in their current range. I love the current looks but some extra diversity would be great especially since my G3 iMac can only run Tiger and sooner or later there will not be a current version of Safari for it.
Charlottesville still doesn't have 3G which was first promised here around mid 2007 and has been pushed back over and over since then. By the current time line we very well may get 3G after half the country already has LTE, Hydrogen fuel stations, and hover cars. In any case I want the new iPhone but since I have money trouble and would have to pay more a month for services I can't even use I might as well just wait until 3G comes out as my 16 gb iPhone 2G works well.
Actually they have been doing it since at least 2008 in the US too. I know I have used my iPhone in Starbucks for free at least once in 2008. Mind you I don't visit Starbucks locations too often as there are much better coffee shops around here that have better coffee and free Wifi to all who use it.
I am an iPhone user with a Newton. I don't use the Newton that often any more but keeping it going is not something to complain about. Hey I still play old video games too doesn't mean I don't want to play on a PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii too.
Works great for me but now my permissions are always a bit off. Oh and the MacBook Pro is running a bit hotter but no cooking yet.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
