I really enjoyed reading this post.. The way your feelings and personality came through made it much more fun to read. I hope you continue to write posts that feel similar.

Graphics chip, thickness, Wimax and price?
I stopped watching at the 40 second mark where he mentions the price the third time. Also why would you imbed a youtube video in HD in what seems to be 430*240 of space.

It was a slideshow till I turned off HD (wireless connection or crappy Intel chipset on a netbook, take your pick.
Seb, you need to start playing EVE Online.
Do want! Nice that its a draw and not first come first serve!
I seem to remember reading something that talked about using games to treat adhd. http://www.qc.cuny.edu/COMMUNICATIONS/NEWS_SERVICES/RELEASES/Pages/welcome.aspx?ItemID=1259
If I got a promice that a 64 bit version is in development and it will be automatically added to my lisence I would buy at 19$
Do want!

But I am somewhat concerned over how this would be used in multi screen setups. Especially as I have six screens.
This is getting lots of press up here in the great white north. Lots of people are talking about the privacy concerns. While no one is freaking out hugely about it the general consensus seems to be "its creepy" I know a few people of whom there are pictures of visible on streets (with a blurred face mind you).
"Hey Patrick, just a suggestion, it would be nice if, on the app selection page, if when you moused over an app, or clicked on it, it gave a brief description. I know what th vast majority are, but I do not know XnView, for example."

That is EXACTLY what I thought the first time I looked at your web app. I would love to be able to click to view the programs homepage.

This looks like a wonderful service. What would make it pure awesome is if I could add my own apps with limited support (IE provide download link (or upload of the installer) and when you download your package it also downloads the installer for that program but it would still have to be installed manually.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
