A couple of things frustrate me. First Microsoft went to a lot of trouble to make the device support .avi and H.264 then they turn around and make sure their software doesn't see those files to sync them to the device. I haven't found a third party app to do that for me. So someone tell me what good native avi and H264 support is for the device. Since my collection of movies and tv shows is a few TB I'm not inclined to re-encode it all.

While I'm on the subject of software Zune 4.0 still hasn't finish adding all of my music. Yet another media organizer that doesn't do well with large collections.

I would like a search feature added. I don't always want to scroll through 500+ songs if I want to hear a particular one. Yes, I know you can jump to a letter...still not as good a search.

Like everyone else, I would like the app store to actually have a collection of apps.
Theiving little SOB's. I've been working this idea in a RAID 5 configuration for about two years now. :(
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
