Jul 29th 2008 12:39PM Great phone played with it the other day for a while. Nice way to step up to the plate on this Nokia and pound some WinMo butt with some Symbian coochie. Though I will say that cellular reception is the same rock solid as most of my nokias...MOTO has stepped up to the plate the last 8 months or so and I will still put my Q9 and Z9 a notch or so above the NOKS. Love the standard headphone jack and the software that comes on this bad boy is awesome!!!! ShareONLINE plus with flashlite and H.264 support and A2DP this phone will last me a while. I will say I'm not a fan of small keyboards so this was a bit annoying to me but I rarely type on my phone but the tiny keys are very very useable. I will say that the camera sucks. 3.2 pure BS no way no how... well it might be but it still sucks. Though autofocus and the flash are nice.

Jul 22nd 2008 9:32PM pure BS. how the heck could it repel water on keys unless it completely seals out pretty much every microscopic hole. If it did this the keys wouldn't function since they would be stuck with this crap in them. Secondly. 95% of the exterior of cellphones and what not are waterproof or resistant. It's the damn holes and gaps that lead into battery connections and such where water gets into. In most cases those can't be filled, if they could the manufacture would have done so. Examples inclued microphone and earholes, battery cover slide areas, and key pockets as well as usb and microSD ports.

Jul 10th 2008 7:18PM MOTO still has the best reception on GSM the Z9 V9 and Q9 are leaps and bounds above others. I only wish the iphone had 1/2 the signal strength as my Z9. My friend and I drive from FTC to Denver everyday. He has an iphone and I a Z9 i have never ever dropped a call, he drops calls like 5 times just during our ride to work... i want an iphone so bad but if the signal strength is that bad forget it. I talked to a friend that manages an ATT store out there and he said the 3G signal is the same crummy signal as before.
