They're strapped for cash, like you wouldn't believe. Poverty is not a pretty sight. And just about every Ukrainian girl will sleep with you for a $100, most of the population is dealing on the black market and is barely educated, so the cell tower is the least of their worries.

Oct 26th 2009 9:13AM The cell tower and the LED go together... The only way the cellphone company is going to upgrade it to LED's is by installing their radio in there... It's not rocket science...
Most monuments are going to shit in Ukraine. People barely make ends meet. They spend the last of their money buying beer/vodka, and the adidas shoes, the remainder goes to pay the cellphone bill. Most monuments are used to urinate upon after drinking beer in the park. Monuments are further marked up with "Lucy loves Bob", and disgraced in many other ways.
This ain't pretty. But neither is Ukraine. But all your judgement must be applied with respect to the environment that this is in. I doubt this LED crap will even last. Young uneducated morons will probably stone the LEDs to death or steal it as a vandalism trophy.

That's like getting 20.1 mpg vs getting 20.0mpg in your car (I did this math, REALLY), and calling your car GREEN...

That "enter" key makes me sick (let's make the "enter" key more difficult to reach and occupy 2 key spaces)!!! and what about that backslash right by the "Z" key (let's confuse the users by putting TWO backslashes on the keyboard, and move the very useful "SHIFT" key farther from the typist)... Who needs the shift key anyway, when you can put a CAPS LOCK on at all times!!! WTF is up that? Keyboard is just about THE MOST important laptop feature. Nokia FAIL for me. I don't have anything against the keyboard (OK I do), but when you bring it to US, make sure to notice these international differences.
