Not sure I like the looks....
Some of the new features are nice, however.
That doesn't make sense that the timer would be linked to the date and time on the device. Why would you ever program something like that? It would sound likely *if* changing the date back didn't cause the timer to reset. Why would you ever link focus on the camera to specific date and time events, rather than just random timing?
As a business customer I walked in and out with only $99 out of pocket for the device. Needed no mail-in-rebates or anything. Direct from Verizon.
Actually, from what I've been seeing they actually are planning to run Android 1.6 at launch. Sounds like they are anticipating a possible upgrade to 2.x several months after launch.

That, and the fact that there is almost no T-mobile 3G coverage just about kills it for me.
Multi-touch patch developed by repressed geek availble in 5....4....3....2.....

"Unless you live in Polk County it probably wasn't your tax dollars and even if it was a tiny bit of your taxes it probably equalled less than a fraction of a penny. Now shutup."

Never seen a police department yet that didn't get federal funding... thus your tax dollars. And, it doesn't matter how little is lost, the losses add up. In my State $4000 would be felony theft.
Cool functionality - but brings home how quickly it could become a stalker or kidnapper's best friend.
.... in an Xbox 720!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
