Yeah, OEM computer ship with 200watt PSU's cause they are cheap.

They also don't care that within 1-3yrs that 200w PSU won't be able to
power the computer due to capacitor aging, and that due to its lower
quality it will end up shortening the lifespans of the other parts in your
machine before it goes.

Also just cause I have an 850w PSU doesn't mean I am pulling the maximum
amount of power constantly. Your computer only uses what it needs.
Honestly the best way to deal with P2P traffic is to take an approach similar to what Verizon does and their P4P traffic management, instead of just throttling down on P2P connections, they cache the most popular torrents - (they don't discriminate) and once the traffic is in-network it costs them nothing from the backbone/peering providers.

Throttling is data discrimination and is illegal. I hope the FCC takes both AT&T and Comcast to task for any of their data discrimination practices.
I am no lawyer and I am definitely not going to take sides in this case, but why is Apple suing them for copyright infringement, as you had to purchase an OEM version of OS X to go along with the computer?

If you buy your copy from Apple, and pay them for it is it copyright infringement?
Um, and what universe did you beam in from?

Seriously my Dad gets about 55mpg or so when driving his Prius,
I would bet cold hard cash that a V8 BMW M3 doesn't even come
close to that.

The Prius is absurdly great on gas if you drive like a
normal person, slamming on the "gas" automatically switches you
from the electric motor to the gas engine and you get terrible mileage starting out on gas. The Prius is not a sports car, don't treat it like one.
Hey Phanboy,

I am sure if you look at his comment you'll see
that he broke it up at every sentence.

Yea I would use those terms as well :)

I find it strange that we even hear about this company and its products on these major news sites - considering their business is based around software piracy.

Most upstanding messageboards will even moderate out questions about how to pirate software." - end quote

Are you idiotic? They aren't pirating software they are legitimately buying copies of OSX and providing it to their customers.

They are however violating the EULA, which specifically states that OSX can only be installed on Apple hardware. Pull your head out of your arse and think before you post please?
Well here is a Nvidia CPU for your perusal..

Hi Brad,

I am glad you decided to declare a short discussion in the comments of an article a pissing match. Would you like to join in? Make it a three way pissing match? I am glad you could inject you own two cents just like myself and Zak.

I will remember that according to you a pissing match is when two people put 4 comments up replying to each others points. I thought the limit was larger as I see a lot of "pissing matches" according to Brad on Engadget.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
