@Discotheque
Nolan North actually has lots of different voices. But yeah his normal voice should be reserved for Drake. I had no clue he was Sigmund in Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time.
Yeah I too am a big fan of Chuck. I'm sure it was already a little weird for Levi and Gomez to hear Adam in ODST. I'm really surprised Zach's not in this game especially if Yvonne and Adam are in it.

@MowDownJoe
They already went from Wienerlicious to the Orange Orange. I doubt they'll change it to a Subway shop but I'm sure we'll see more subway integration elsewhere. The Buy More has the same color scheme as Subway which I'm sure is why they're big sponsors. I don't mind the product placement if it keeps the show on the air. And yes I too went to subway on finale week :)
You can already sort by categories like you can music and games. You just need to give each clip an album name which will be the category/folder name. This is probably one of the least known features of the XMB.
With the way the last game ended it's just cruel that they're taking so long to make a continuation.
You guys do realize this is a Lenovo laptop and not an IBM laptop? You do know IBM does NOT make laptops anymore. This thing does not say IBM on it anywhere. Even my X61t does not say IBM on it. The ties have been cut.

On a side note people keep saying this has a optical drive. I have yet to see it in the specs. Can anyone point it out?
It really comes down to personal preference and what your used to. Anyone that plays the 360 a lot will think the PS3 controllers feels weird and visa versa. Personally I like the SIXAXIS sticks better but I like the ergonomics of the 360 controller better. With the SIXAXIS sticks being softer I feel I can better modulate them. Also not sure if you guys know this but the SIXAXIS also has a little bit more range in motion giving you even better modulation control. As for the whole concave vs convex thing thats a whole nother argument and how you use your thumbs on the stick.
Wow and people made a big stink about the PS3 not including a standard HDMI cable.

This problem will affect anyone with a new TV(with HDMI) and an older receiver(without HDMI). So if someone like me would want use HDMI and have audio come out though my 5.1 surround sound setup I would need that special dongle that sounds like they don't even sell separately.

My question is could you use the component cable to get the optical audio out and still use HDMI for video. Or does just using the component video cable lock the console into using component out.

The reason I would want to use HDMI over component video is so I could watch upscaled DVD's or view things in 1080p as my TV will not accept 1080p over component.
You do realize the PS3 already only has 1 large fan. It's thermo controlled so if the PS3 is hot it'll run faster making it louder. If you put a PS3 where there is not adequate ventilation it'll get loud.
Korben,
Thats funny cause I have a Driving Force Pro and feedback is disabled and the screen shots they show of this version has two settings mine doesn't "Power Assist" and "Feedback Strength"

iLLwiLL,
Your an idiot. The PS2 had force feedback steering wheel support way back since GT3. It's the Xbox that lacked any form of force feedback wheels, which was retarded because Microsoft made FF wheels for the PC back then.

AoE,
This is the beauty of the PS3. Your not locked into a Xbox360 only wheel. You can use the past wheels bought for the PS2. Including wheels that support 900 degree rotation. Personally I'd take FF & 900 degree rotation over the FF & rumble that MS gives you with their proprietary wheel.
I just hope they fix the aspect ratio problem if your not playing letter box DVD's.

"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
