Keep copies of everything you send in. If you don’t get a response or they decline it take the copy into your local CompUSA and they will give you the rebate there at least in Michigan I know they would and it should be the same at a CC or BB. Of course you have to wait the 8-10 weeks before you go in there with proper documentation. If they give you crap start talking about contacting your district attorney and better business bureau that always seemed to scare the front end people at the store I worked at. As long as you fill out everything right and get things out on the correct dates and you don’t get your rebate just march right on in there and get your money.
That pic is too damn funny! LOL
I've bought allot of games based on what several people have had to say about them on Joystiq. I need to know what’s crap and what’s good and I don't care how the people who sell these games get the word out about them as long as they aren't telling tall tales. I don't want to blow $60 bucks on 360 games only to find out how crappy they are. That being said I'm not going to go off of one person’s advice alone, I usually look at what people have to complain about before I read the positives any how.
I've had my I-Book G4 for about 14 months now and never saw a reason to subscribe after the subscription ran out. I just figured people who signed for .Mac did so for the @mac e-mail address so they could show every one they where with the "cool crowd." I must admit I almost bought into it just for that reason.
I sometimes am far slower when responding to buttons that need to be pushed on the left side. Like Halo, I'm finding my reaction time is dropping off at only 23 years old. I think me playing Halo CE when I was 19 could totally own me today because for what ever reason my response time is down.
How about the 360 doesn't support HDCP? I heard something about the movie studios being able to limit the resolution of HD-DVD on an analog solution like component if they wanted too. Now if they impose these restrictions how will one get 1080P on their HD-DVD player for the 360?
You know maybe they did this on purpose because it looks a hell of alot like their trade mark bullseye?
The PS3 kiosk kinda looks like it's using the one of the new V series 1080P LCD that Sony is comming out with. So maybe this isn't a fake, how ever that LCD on the Wii isn't a Sony.
I don't see how they would be able to tell the difference between legal and illegal file sharing on bit-torrent. Then again I guess there isn't anything you can do about it, it's their service you use it on their terms or not at all. Now I suppose we'll all have to cough up extra cash for a special service for no-restrictions or some crap like that.
Now is he counting when you make Frank dress gay or just as is? I love maken him run around in a dress to slaughter zombies good laughs!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
