Feb 12th 2008 2:58PM M.U.L.E. was a blast, but I have to say that Elite was my favorite, although it could be a pain in the ass until you got the docking computer.

Jan 11th 2008 1:19PM My favorite item so far is that tiny Sony TV/Monitor that was only 3 credit cards thin. Too expensive to buy right now but it clearly shows the way that displays are heading.

Dec 30th 2007 8:00PM At this point they should just bring the whole system down and fix it instead of trying to fix pieces then letting them run (since five days of evidence tells us this is not working.)
SK Telecom handing over $270 million (more) to Helio {Engadget}
Sep 23rd 2007 1:04AM Brett, the only one you'd recognize right off the bat as a Helio phone is the Ocean. The rest look pretty much like any other phone.
I was with AT&T/Cingular for over ten years and had calls drop on my constantly (and I live in Boston, not exactly the sticks.)
A month with Helio and not only have I not dropped a call, the clarity if fantastic.
SK Telecom is printing money, I'd love to see them buy Sprint and enter the U.S. market and would not at all be surprised if that is in their plans.

Sep 12th 2007 8:01PM I'm not a rich kid or a Korean, though I did buy Ocean's for my wife and I at a Korean video store in Boston. They have Korean lettering (like I care) and my Korean buddy was able to negotiate me a price of $225 per phone.
The Ocean is great so far. The biggest thing I'd like them to add is a better way to port over address books from other phones.

Aug 11th 2007 10:50PM Slibus, it does cost that much when you drive an old POS that runs on freon (which you can't get anymore) and have to replace the entire AC system.
