@EzB $65K really isn't that expensive to replace the functions of missing digits. Especially if it can be partially covered by insurance or a national health plan.
@DeviantmacG because you're not going to Stanford.
The picture looks a little naughty...
Mr. Video would kill the Radio Star.
Here kitty, kitty, kitty!
Yeah, same here. Pulled it maybe?
I like my nuvi 1690. It's nice when you want a few extra options when you do a location search. I also have the Oregon 550T. Both are exceptional if you can afford the rent.
The semi-catatonic statement is a pretty dumb one. If that's the case, you should be able to say anything on TV, because one-way or another, the semi-catatonic viewer is likely to misinterpret the commercial truthful or not. You could argue it either way. I think after mindless bickering between attorneys, judges can be lulled into a semi-catatonic state.
AT&T may be faster, but what good is it if you're not in a 3G coverage zone? AT&T does have the most popular smartphones. Hopefully the Droid helps to change that. The access to 100K apps is thanks to one particular phone in their stable. Don't think you're getting access to that many apps using most of their phones. Verizon does start with the letter V!

So, by this score board AT&T has put up, my score would be Verizon 4, AT&T 1. I'd add one to the list for AT&T: AT&T has a cool ampersand in its name.
I actually like the diagnostics feature of this device. I don't care about the ecoroute feature. I don't ever use the built in feature on my 1690. But, if this actually reads the OBD and reports on issues, this will pay for itself.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
