If you've ever watched Larry King you'd notice he has a tendency to not listen. He did a panel about suicide once and an actor, forget his name, older gentlemen with a bald head, gave a long monologue about how he felt when he was suicidal. When he was done Larry King went to a break in the most unaffected voice you could imagine, as if someone just told him that they like cucumbers.
I was referring to the poster who posted the home brew mini video without really mentioning it and seemingly implying it was the Asus box and generally creating a horrid piece of writing.

Honestly, this place needs editors, not just bloggers.
Did you even watch the video?
"They move shows all over the schedule without notice and they never give new shows a chance. Unless a show is making piles of money immediately, the networks aren't interested. No wonder they're losing viewers to cable left and right."

Which explains why Friday Night Lights and Studio 60 have been canceled.
I thought it was iTunes like?!?!?!!?
"It's interesting that this should happen, because YouTube has been a great benefit to Comedy Central."

Was no one watching CC before this? I love unsubstantiated claims.
All of the fancy stuff for file tracking is for files on the same disk. It's not possible to to track files on other disks this way. Copy an application to a removable drive, make an alias to that application on your boot drive. Now rename the application you copied to something else. Finally try to open the application through the alias you created.

Does it work?

No it doesn't.

Alias tracking works within the same volume, who backs up files within the same volume? So the KB article makes perfect sense when you know that and save the user a crap load of problems.
You do realize that all of the blog posts you linked to are over a year old?

And is it really shocking that a "smart" automated backup program would break when you move or rename files in the external location?
I didn't even know they had webisodes, not that I care since there's no character development in the show.
Heroes got the major players all in one location in a single episode and its slow moving? What'd you expect, some sort of dire threat that needed to be stopped right then and there?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I want a 13-incher. I need something with a great keyboard for typing, as this will mostly be used for note taking in class. I am absolutely smitten with the XPS 13, but I'm afraid that with its age Dell is going to give it an update soon. Any advice for someone in my shoes?"
