Hmm ... my wife and I've been playing for a few years, so two accounts on several computers and even unwisely shared our account info with a friend once. No authenticator either. Zero hax in that time. I take you at your word that you're up to no fishy business on your compy ... but where does stuff like that come from? Very curious from a technical point of view (and a stop-these-dang-hackers point of view too hehe).
Hope you don't get hacked again.
If this continues under normal circumstances (normal being not the day of and day after a patch which introduces new dungeons AND a new system for more easily finding groups for dungeons), I could see a big reason for complaint. Saying they need to just up instance capacity, which is a big ongoing investment - maybe that makes sense financially and maybe it doesn't depending of course on the specifics that only they know.
I feel like it would be similar to telling a store they need to permanently hire a lot more staff because there are long lines 2 days before Christmas. Yeah, it stinks to be in line when everyone else wants to buy stuff at the same time, but would you realistically expect them to permanently increase their staff at all times when it's usually fine?
Unfortunately, I don't think there would be anything similar to "holiday hires" for instance servers :P
@Hates
I think the burden of proof is on you to deliver evidence of why downrating that post was unjust. So ... YOU give me a list of Internet blog rules that says players aren't permitted to downrate a post when they feel it's out of place.
"Ladies, if you don't like that your toon is wearing a plate Wonderbra, just put a shirt on underneath it and your belly will magically disappear!"
You forgot to add that Blizzard is still working on "Hide cheeks" and "Hide upper thighs" character display options - maybe long johns should be an option? It's cold in Northrend after all!
Depending on your surface you may not need one.
I have a glass desk, definitely need one for both optical and laser mice.
Mouse pads definitely haven't become so useless that the question warrants asking I don't think - talk to some hardcore FPS players and you'll see :P
C'mon guys, people never take names for their characters from movies, it would be silly.

No one ever even did that in vanilla WoW ... ever.

How dare a US based site discuss things going on in the US.

"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
