I know Jay Thaker (the student who did the original study) and I can tell you that it wasn't just him in his basement or something.
He was doing his research at Michigan State University, in a lab with trained scientists and in a controlled environment.

Please look into the actual study and the way it was performed before ripping into an incredibly inteligent student who was doing legitimate research, whether he was 17 or 70.

What if this is all a sick, twisted plan to drive people to Final Cut Express? Get everyone hooked on Timeline editing and then SEE-YA it's gone and you have to get FCE to get a decent editor?

hate to do it, but has anyone noticed that the two names, "Draco" and "Scorpio" are the names of Draco Malfoy and Scorpio Malfoy, his son, in the last chapter of the last Harry Potter book? The book came out like a week ago but these have been in dev for a long time... that's a very weird coincidence indeed...

"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
