We just stand there doing jazz hands, might as well make the best of it. If I can carry around a 2H staff, I should be able to hold 1 dagger in each hand. I'd even take a logical debuff to do it, something like reduced stats from the off-hand weapon.

I second the request for off-hand enchant if we can't carry 2 weapons.

If I can carry a full set of gear for PVP and assorted items for raids and 5-mans, I should be able to strap 2 daggers to my belt, lol.

I wish cloth casters could equip dual swords and daggers. It's not like we actually use them in battle, they just hang off our belt.
