Starbucks don't have free wifi in my area. They all go to some AT&T screen asking me to pay $3.00 for 30 minutes or something like that.
I've had Windows 7 on my unibody MacBook Pro for like 6 months. I don't have any problems except multitouch on the trackpad is a little wonky and the thing gets hot but part of that is because Boot Camp only has access to the 9600M and not the cooler 9400M video card.
One of the coolest things about Chrome is you don't have to be an admin to install it, since it runs out of your user folder.
Easy, they just check the celebrity's wikipedia entry and see which site is listed as their "official site".
This is 3 clicks in vista and 5 clicks in xp from the default speaker icon. Why would anyone install this waste?
I love that it doesn't come with a radio, first thing I do with any car I get is put in a cheap MP3 CD deck. The no AC isn't entirely unheard-of. The 11.5k base price on the smart Fortwo doesn't come with AC, power steering, a radio or auto windows.

So what's the cheapest new car in america with a Radio, Auto Trans, and A/C?
It's been on On Demand on fearnet for the past month or so (I have Cox Cable service). Great flick.
These "kit-car" laws vary state to state so in some states it would be no problem but other states it might require an inspection or smog certification.

The Acid test is just a browser pissing contest. If standards compliance meant a damn everyone would be using Opera.
Thanks! My 24" Widescreen loves this photo. More high rez awesome shots please!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
