Yes, I'm no grammarian but I believe it is.
Expected reply.

Vancouver and it's highly diverse culture base might have thrown you because we believe in diversity, not exclusion. By that argument, I don't see how it's possible that the US has "10X more culture". Also, people choose to immigrate to Canada, amongst other social/financial motives, because they'll be accepted and they'll be allowed to practice their culture. Being Canadian doesn't mean being white and English/French. I am sure that our appeal abroad is much wider then yours unless a fast food chain is looking to expand.

As for technology, sure, the US is a much larger developer of technology because you are a much larger country. Canada also develops leading technology, and we are also home to one of the world's largest smartphone developers (RIM).

well, killing a cow in India is illegal; so no meat there.

they're religiously sacred.
i feel bad for the frog.
this is kind of creepy in my opinion.
actually, any form of animal abuse/exploitation is wrong in my opinion.
number 1, you stole my thoughts.
i could do this with an iTrip (or other FM transmitter).

also, they make it sound like this device is iPod-exclusive, when it could actually work with any device with a line-out.

definitely lame.
exactly what i thought when i saw of the new shuffles.
and just as the radio remote, the shuffle is moderately useless. :p
you should really consider censoring that picture. The author even censored it on flickr.
brings back good memories of kidpix and fun with appleworks in grade school. ahh the fun we had.
Adium already does somthing like this with it's tabbed chat interface.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
