Indeed, since both are installed on any system that supports Leopard, I suppose it would have been more correct to say that the Mac Pro do not have the hardware to take full advantage of Photo Booth and Front Row.
Strangely, yes. Leopard Server installs both Front Row and Photo Booth despite the fact that neither the Mac Pro, nor the Xserve, have the hardware to support those programs.
From the press release:

"Parallels Server's industry-first capability to simultaneously run multiple copies of Mac OS X Server, Windows Server and Linux on the same Xserve

Running Parallels Server on Apple hardware gives users the industry-first option to run Mac OS X Server in a virtual machine"

So, Parallels Server will only allow OS X to run on Apple Hardware, not generic hardware.
Just out of curiosity, but did you guys try booting your Mac from the Apple TV drive? I know its a long shot, but just curios.
I don't understand how this is any different from the 10.4.x updates that come out every month or so. Shouldn't Apple be charging for those as well?

Also, come to think of it, isn't the whole point of a computer its ability to be upgraded via software updates? Why doesn't that "feature" cover the S-O requirements? I.e. The computer has the feature of having its features upgraded.
It sure looks like Sling aimed this guy directly at the iTV.

The port configuration is incredibly similar:

Is there a way (or a third party plugin) to change the actual file names of photos in iPhoto? I see that I can change the photo's title, but I want to be able to change the file name.
I think MacHeist is great for the developers. Most importantly, it is a great form of alternative advertising, but I think the real draw for developers is that this is great way to get people hooked on their products. Then, when the inevitable upgrades roll around, they will have a much larger install base that will be interested in the new features.

I believe, most, if not all, of the apps in MacHeist state the installations are good for the current version only.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
