Primus is good, but I want to see some jam bands. Perhaps some Phish or Sublime. But Sevendust FTW!!
Touche to my en garde. How dare I not make an association between a commonly used phrase and the irreverent lyrics of a 90's one hit wonder band. You sir, have shown me my place. I shall now crawl back into my cave. Good show indeed

Yes, thanks for the moronic transgression. And note the operative use of the word, "I" in the comment you replied to before you make your trite little commentary.
Well, I'm not so much knocking there support and return people. The site was easy to use and the phone rep I spoke with at a later date was very helpful and informative. That part of the process was good. But the Q&A........ C'mon as soon as you open the bundle you're confronted by a big pink slip telling you not to return any malfunctioning peripherals to the store you bought it from. They knowingly rushed possibly faulty products to the consumer, crossed their fingers, and beefed up their return and support personnel. Perhaps I'm somewhat in disdain of the whole consumer goods market as of late. What with the Chinese toys(Lead and GHB), non-fda approved "Herbal Supplement" advertising 24-7(HEAD-ON apply directly to the forehead), and now my rock band bundle. Companies need to spend less time on advertising and promotion and more time making sure they deliver what YOU pay for. I don't now about you but I work pretty hard for my money, and while I don't have a problem indulging myself, I do have a problem with getting the short end of the stick when I do.

Yeah, I ordered mine with "2 Day Air Express Replacement" on release day. It got here yesterday, and I'm still waiting for my replacement drum pedal. Rock Band is an awesome game. But, whatever happened to Research and Development? Quality Assurance? Rushing products to market in time for the holidays without putting hardware through its paces pays off for no one. Not the consumer, not your support department or your fiscal bottom line. I'm willing to pay $160 for a game, but I expect it to work. Sorry for my poor grammar and punctuation, it's early and I haven't had my coffee yet.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
