Nikon has really ramped up the competition with the D3 (after years of being behind). I bought the 5D when it first came out and have had 2 of them damaged due to being used in humid weather. Let's hope Canon releases a weather sealed 5DMk2 that will compete with the D3.
Agree with Nick, weather proofing and a self-cleaning sensor would make this camera just about perfect, it's the closest thing to a film camera I've had in all the digital SLRs I've owned.
As a Canon user, the best thing about this is to see their main competitor come out with a camera that can actually compete with Canon's top of the line. Hopefully it will spur Canon into updating their product line sooner (weather sealed 5D anyone?).
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
