I've actually used a Surface table once at Lockheed Martin. Personally, I didn't see any significant lag (at least on the table I was testing).

Actually, I must say that using the table is more fun that I thought it would be. It feels just like a real table, not like an iPhone, so touching seems a little more natural and physical.
Wow, I totally thought of that the day the iPhone was first announced...
Heh. I've taken apart my PSX and made a cardboard box case for it. Didn't take long, barely any work. Just did it to make use of a system with an expired warranty. NOT taking apart my NES though; worth too much (physically and sentimentally).
Great, though is Wine going to work on it? If it does, my heart is sold to the developers of this app.
I swear to God, if this thing doesn't come with 32GB of storage, I'm going to write an angry letter to that company. A very angry letter.
Pwned in the face!
I second the motion!
Holy crap.... those mice... you can right-click with them!

;)
Oh brother. Do you have any idea how great this phone is? It has GPS, a custom Linux distro, a touchscreen, and all the tools a developer would ever want.

I've been tracking this phone for quite a while, even downloading the phone's OS as an emulator (found on their Wiki), and I happen to know that this is a truly incredible device. It's like an Android device, but the operating system is more widely known and easier to code for.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
