#23, if you've got so much medical training then I would consider you to be educated. And for someone who is claiming to be educated, you sure have poor grammar.

I am willing to bet that it's going to come out that Rampage is taking Ambien.
Yes, congratulations are well deserved here. Mahalo Daily is one of TWO daily video podcasts that I subscribe to -- nothing else I've seen has been worthwhile. It's a hit at our office, too.
I did a post on it this morning, but it hasn't shown up for you yet.

I eat six small meals a day, and by "meals" I don't mean regular meals. I typically will do egg whites and a piece of Ezekiel bread toast for breakfast, a protein bar or shake at 9am, a small lunch of chicken breast or something, another protein shake at 3pm and then dinner is typically fish and grilled vegetables. Combining that with working out every day, I've lost 29 pounds since December 28, so it's definitely working.

Sorry I missed the conference call for the podcast, I got slammed at work. I'll catch the next one.
You gotta keep your phone (or the producer's phone) away from the mixer board. There's a ton of phone signal noise in this podcast that completely drowns out your voice at times.
I wish they'd let me add the extra space to my regular gmail account instead of just under Apps.
Jason, I must mention that weighing yourself is actually a bad idea. I know it's fun to step on the scale every day, and I used to do the same thing because I was obsessing about it every day. My trainer, however, scolded me viciously for doing so and told me to only weigh myself on Mondays. Her reasoning was that by weighing yourself every day, you only see minute gains in weight loss, which is less encouraging than weighing yourself once a week and seeing whole pounds lost.

She's right. Once I started doing this and seeing 2-4 pounds lost per week, I was much more motivated to keep going than before when I'd weigh myself every day and only see .2 pounds lost.
Jason, have you tried Traineo yet? It's a great Web 2.0 app for tracking diet, weight loss, and lifestyle changes (which is what I prefer to call it).

My profile is at http://botter.traineo.com. I love that it lets you see your progress over time in charts, which you can overlay on top of each other to see how your diet and workout changes your weight and BMI.

Good luck on getting below 190! I'm trying to hit 200 right now, and then we'll worry about 190. My eventual goal is 170, but that's like a 8-10 month goal and I"m just breaking it up into 10 pound increments right now. Makes it easier to manage and makes me feel better when I hit a goal.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
