yeah tthey make great products, but they need some better direction. They have way too many products. YOu can't win like that.
I spend a ridiculous amount of time in front of my computer, but I still cant see the utility in having a second monitor. Maybe because I use a 32" hdtv as a monitor or I am missing something. Someone tell me if I'm crazy or if endgadet is crazy.
Indeed, Harlem will be represnting. Me too. Holla!
THis is greener than spray paint, but this is still a waste of water. There are water shortages all over the world, I dont think marketing/advertising is a 'green' use of this resource.
the people who leave on lights indefinitely because they can't do anything in the seconds it takes for bulbs to get 100% bright, are morons to begin with. I think your argument is more about civilizing a segment of the population than it is about energy saving bulbs.
this is about as close to useless as I could imagine. And what happens when the conventional part of the hybrid bulb burns out quicker than the rest of the bulb or does this not happen because its only on for a short period of time?

this has brain tumor written all over it.
$250 is steep, but I like this. YOu see, I have lots of ladies and it gets really tiresome running around changing the photos all the time when A girl is in the house and B girl is gone. Now, all I have to do is buy about 10 of these, place them all around the house, and change the pictures with a few clicks before the new girl arrives. Lets see if I can get C girl to slide me a little cash. ;)
I'd like to nominate this as the worst ipod 'accesory' ever. I mean sure when there are like 2 billion ipods out there, I'm not mad at you for trying to ride that wave so to speak, but how about a little more creativity.

Next they'll come up with the ipod box holder.
"ever wonder what to do with the box your ipod came in..."
Thin-ness is just a result of advances in production, it is an inevitable fact of flat panel life that I am quite underwhelmed with. If they want to impress me, add some functionality, add a built in DVR or a built in upscaling dvd player (on the bottom) or 2 way wireless connectivity with PCs out of the box. those are features that people want, that make sense to offer on higher end models.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
