*Me as IT* You want what? HAHAHAHA!

Seriously I'd sooner let someone star using a hacked Nintendo DS as a phone then allow a damn iPhone in our environment. If someone wants an iPhone more power to him/her. You ain't linking that shit to our hardware beech. Apple is only moderately consumer friendly. Their practices are outright hostile to the enterprise and it will be a cold day in hell when we start using their shit for business.
*kicks the "brotherhood" in the nuts.*
You can always spot an Apple fan a mile away....they are always more concerned about what a device looks like, and in turn what others think of their hardware, instead of how it actually functions. Fuck some snappy color. This is no different then my old Jornada 565 (I think it was 565.) The thing doesn't scream LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! I'M EVER SO SPECIAL!
You mean Gates right?
Jobs is so full of shit that if given the chance I'd give the asshole a boot to the head. Hear that Barnes and Noble? Borders? You guys better close up shop because no one reads. Schools better close too because no one reads. Hell the internet better close because no one reads. Newspapers better discontinue because no one reads.
Seriously I want to punch that arrogant, pompous son of a bitch because nothing is relevant until Jobs says so. We can thank all the damn fanbois out there who brown nose the asshole. You people have made him the arrogant asshat that he is today.
James. If you think the rated time of 5 hours is actually what the system will get I've got land to sell you in South Western Florida. Apple NEVER releases realistic stats, and WIFI takes up virtually no battery life if my MBP is any indication. WIFI on vs. Off is about an extra 10-15 minutes.
Take your fanboi bullshit somewhere else. All of you.
Not a chance in hell. If I'm spending $1700 on a sub something its going to be a tablet of some form or another. I have a laptop. I don't need the same thing but smaller and lacking Ethernet.
Who wants to buy my MacBook Pro 2.33Ghz for $1500? Frack Apple. I already want this more. And the icing is the infinitesimally better warranty behind the product.
Or no one will give a shit because its the same damn design that Apple has had since the TI book back in god knows when...just smaller. The metal, scratch prone, shell is beyond played out. Apple has lost the ability to reinvent its products. Mark my words. Same shell, just smaller and more boring.
I also predict that anything really, honestly, and truely revolutionary suggested by all these rumors won't be released by Apple. Apple isn't into revolutionary designs. they are into makeing the same boring as hell Powerbook shell...just smaller. Or a touch phone with virtually no software expansion....oooooo. Or the same damn iPod for the past 6 years with minor tweaks. Check that they have the touch....with virtually no space. Wow impressive.

Honestly Apple in the mid 90's may not have been doing well but at least they pushed things. They tried new products. everyone remember Apple's digital Camera? The Newton? The LaserWriter? Now all apple makes is basic consumer garbage who's major claim to fame is a feature lacking device in a pretty shell. Now don't get me wrong. I like pretty. I have an iPod Photo because I like the overall design but most of Apple's products are like a blond bimbo. Pretty on the outside, easy user interface...but shallow as a puddle after a summer shower.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
