GSM only? will this work with the CDMA sprint version?
@munir now that ive had a chance to collect myself, i just feel like there's too much going on. seems a bit cluttered and overwhelming. there was an understated elegance to the old design. oh, and im not fond of the times new roman selection.

oh well, i tend to be resistant to change in general, so maybe it's just me...
i say this because i love:

ewww.
I actually canceled the iphone/at&t for the pre/sprint. If it makes you feel better, I would have canceled for the droid as well :)
@Orrett Junior

from our friends at wikipedia:

Pork is the culinary name for meat from the domestic pig (Sus domesticus). The word pork often denotes specifically the fresh meat of the pig, but can be used as an all-inclusive term which includes cured, smoked, or processed meats (ham, bacon, prosciutto, etc.)
@word

well, i can always use it as a glorified ipod touch as a worst case scenario.
do iphone GPS apps (at least the ones that locally store maps) work on iphones with no cell service? i have a 3g that i recently canceled service on (couldnt tolerate at&t's bay area "coverage" anymore), and was contemplating using the device as a standalone GPS.
@Jason

dont they sell bacon? or is it non-pig bacon?
@ SoCoolCurt (PSN: KillaKornbread - XBL: SoCoolCurt)

this is fundamentally not correct. palm has decided that developers can completely bypass the app catalog if they so desire. this means that there will be no draconian apple app store situation. please see the link below:

anyone know what the max ram on this guy is? will it ship with win7 instead in the next 2-3 weeks?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
