Dec 8th 2007 12:56PM That might not necessarily be 100% accurate. I had applied for a car loan a few years back and the credit agencies counted all the inquiries seperately even though my credit was pulled within a two week period.

This was not the case when I applied for a home mortgage, as the inquiries from mortgage companies did get lumped into one (of those taken within a two week period). So is it possible that the credit agencies are selective on what they apply that rule to?
