@ Norm

The n900 works on both Tmobile AND AT&T w/ 3G on both.
Nope. CFL's aren't going to dominate shit until they dim.
Thank goodness. This is what really pisses me off about other bulbs. I have dimmer switches on almost every single light switch in my house. If a bulb doesn't dim, it's worth fuck-all to me.
Not to mention the cities where they DO have coverage all use that wonky frequency that most unlocked GSM phones don't support. You have to buy one of the phones especially made for (carried by?) T-mobile.

Yeah no thanks.
@Jake

Yeah? Where can I buy one?
COMPLETELY not worth it. It's basically just an automatic pet feeder which has already been on the market for years, and attaching extras to it.

http://spoiled-pups.com/automatic-pet-feeder-p-30.html

The problem isn't the extras, it's the pet feeder itself. I owned one of those for ~3-4 months before I had to literally throw it away because the food-moving design is inherently defective. It relies on a sort of corkscrew system to funnel pet food through a chute into the bowl, and there's an agitator inside the storage container which eventually breaks under the stress of a full container. The feeder would sometimes not dispense food, sometimes dispense too much, and oftentimes the food would get stuck in the dispenser rendering it useless. Not to mention the silly plastic guard on the front of the chute will be INVARIABLY chewed off by your hungry dog seeking to get into the food chute that doesn't work.

I informed the manufacturer and they basically told me to fuck off. DO NOT BUY.
Yeah, it's called ConnectBot. You can easily use it to SSH to your home machine and view/control your rtorrent downloads. I'd imagine if there's an SSH client for the iPhone you can do the exact same thing. You don't need Transmission at all do accomplish this, just Bash, rTorrent, and SSH.

Take THAT Apple.
N95 runs an older version of S60. The N97 is using a MUCH updated version. Should be somewhat nicer. But I know what you mean about the N95
@btdt

Omnia HD has a 1500 milliamp battery.
.... unless you live in Charleston, SC. STILL no 3G coverage here, and it's a major city on the east coast.

FAIL.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
