Dude I worked with you at 75 Rock!
And if you compare an iPhone plan ($89 900 minutes + $$$ for texting) to a sprint plan ($69 unlimited data, unlimited cell to cell, 450 landline minutes) then the iPhone starts to look really expensive compared to a Pre or Pixi.
I would love to have touchscreen on a monitor I use for home entertainment. It would be great to just walk over to the screen and tap a couple times to bring up some music, or a movie. Right now I have a wireless keyboard and mouse in the cabinet under an iMac for doing this, and it sucks.
Hear hear, I friggin love my HD. Being able to download music on the fly is blowing my mind. My only regret is buying the 16 instead of the 32.
Yup, my wife and I will both get these when they are released. I cannot fathom how someone would avoid a phone because of the name.
@Streetfights:
1440x900 is why the MacBook Pro screen sucks. Once you use WSXGA+ or WUXGA (offered on every high end Windows machine), the Apple is positively claustrophobic.
32 bit RC works fine on a new iMac and MacBook Pro (2008 version) in both VMWare and native.
However, 64 bit only works on a Mac Pro for some reason. For one, Apple only provides the 64 bit drivers for these machines, but besides that I could not get the 64 bit win 7 boot disk to work on the laptop and didn't bother on the iMac.
I would use the RC and wait for the retail version, no reason to stick to XP now.
No need to freak, just turn off the message.
To turn this off on Sprint:

To turn off the options that are played after my voicemail greeting is played, perform the following steps:
1. Access your voicemail box.
2. Press 3, for personal options.
3. Press 2, for greetings.
4. Press 1, to change your personal greeting.
5. Press 3, to add or remove the caller instructions.
6. Follow the prompts to turn instructions on or off.

"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
