Apr 29th 2008 11:24PM Try any live Linux, there are even several distros specifically for the purpose of Windows Recovery which let you mount ntfs and bypass/reset passwords.
Nothing new about this tool, Police have been using other tools forever, now Microsoft is giving them a MS-branded tool.
