That is Amazon. I bought from buy.com and then another one from K-Mart. I buy a lot online but I didn't feel like waiting for delivery and only went to buy.com because I couldn't get out of work and I stopped at Frys which was a week slow on stocking them. By the way when I went to Fys last night the shelves were not empty but there was certainly evidence of more then half their stock being stripped. I wouldhave taken one from them had I not already bought myself and my dad one.
Where abouts are you located? I thought for sure CogentCo(dot)com would have been the first to expand their fiber network to residential but I guess they have slowed down a bit hte past few years. I'm sure for like $10k install plus $1000 a month you can get their 100mbps connection. I'm curious, what your upload speeds are testing at? Is it 27 up and down? My cable modem in Orlando gives me about 4.7mbps down but less then 400k up which sucks for 2 VoIP phones.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
