@Joshua Topolsky

Actually I want to thank you. Your ridiculous attitude made me spend 5 minutes getting a copy of wordpress installed, a couple of plugins installed and I'm now happily gathering my tech blog info from around the world ( http://technology.automated.it if anyone is interested rss feed available). You know what... most if not all the stories you have on engadget come from elsewhere... all I needed was a kick up the backside to start getting that info for myself.

So, yes you're right - I don't have to put up with your attitude or your inability to take critisism or your inability to see when you are wrong.

Yeah because removing posts that show you're being a douche makes things better Josh.

Hello Moto,

When are we getting this in the UK? Stop fecking cocking about and let us have it you goits!

@Mark,

Thanks for that, hadn't noticed PandaHome. I like the sidebars that give you access to specific apps on any page. The only thing I don't like is that the themes aren't varied much. Most seem to be samey ... far east samey...

He's not a hacker. Most people haven't changed the password from the default so simply connecting to their phones is trivial.

Google/android doesn't put any barriers in Adobe's way if they want to port flash to Android. Just because they haven't done it doesn't mean they're prevented from doing it.

"Wow Chris, that's a pretty compelling story. Really engrossing."

May I suggest reading a book or two, they might just blow your mind..

seriously wtf?

It's a good commercial, but 3 things are false in its statements IMO. I believe the iPhone is customizable. Not sure what they mean by that. Widget is just another word for App to me. Which iPhone has the most of anybody. Anyone can create an application for iPhone which is why it has the most apps, which I believe would lead to the fact that it's open sourced.

1. The iphone (un-jailboken) isn't customizable, unless you're talking about changing your ringtone.

2. Widgets aren't like apps at all. It's the difference between: Settings->Wifi->off/on (iphone) and clicking a button to turn wifi on/off from your 'home' screen.

3. Anyone with a Mac and $99 can develop for the iphone. Anyone with a PC/Mac/Linux machine can develop for Android, for free.

Does that help?

You're right. To say it had a bias would be a horrendous understatement.

The same quoting of "journalists" also applies to engadget you know.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
