When you write a bibliography and base yourself on a book (Book A) that was based on another book (Book B), you don't write
Bibliography: "Book B" or Book A, based on Book B".
you just write "Book A".

Although Fox5 has to give credit to their source, CBS5 as you claim (I'm not american), Nilay has to give credit to HIS source of information, Fox5.
