The original AI was a little too easy, even on advanced settings (and for some people, expert was considered easy!) so the difficulty has been ramped up. Valve had said in the past that the Survivors are meant to feel challenged/stress and experience relief when they make it to the safe room; and this is what happens now in Left 4 Dead 2.

The new special infected also balance the game nicely - with the spitter and charger both working against shiva stacking and corner camping.

All that being said - the increase hordes and multple special infected attacks do tend to get get quite exhausting after an entire campaign, if your team isn't very coordinated.

I would be stoked with my pre-ordered-on-steam PC version if it weren't buggy-as-hell I have to turn the gore off in order to play. It's like being Australian! (if you're from NZ you will know how awful that coule be).

Hoping valve patch the fuck out of it soon!

@ssjchar: If you want to look through a viewfinder, the GoPro isnt for you. It's designed for extreme sports / motorsport.
@ j4r3dp375y: Functionality ALWAYS triumphs over flashy design for niche products like this.

Totally valid statements of course! Viewfinder would be handy for lining up the perfect angle you; and also a sleek look never hurt anyone :)

I pre-ordered the MotorSports hero and it is meant to be shipping today (according to the GoPro website).

If anyone is trying to decide between the contour and the gopro.. just go to the gopro website and watch some of their user submitted videos. Nothing short of amazing.

Looks like Prototype + WoW + Tomb Raider. Not necessarily bad, but I dont know if it's good either.

One to keep an eye on at least.

"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
