The tables in this scene make me think of high school science class meets co-ed gym class for the kids so poorly coordinated they are unable to play sport.
In other news Apple has announced all new iPods will be covered in Telfon®.

Apple agrees to repair or replace at no cost to the consumer should they become scratched only if approved accessories are used in combination:

- wooden pant pockets
- plastic pocket protectors
- heat resistant rubber fingertips

In the take some responsibility category, worldwide reports of people taking care of their things are starting to trickle in.

Switcher, yes. Switched BACK to Mac and have since helped 4 others to make the move. To IT I'm that "oh God, not him again" guy now.
Ooooh shiny!
Six days later, PocketMac has been able to get the application running on my Mac after several long delays in response from tech support.

The preferences don't work still, and I'm not about to blindly sync my iPhone to my Lotus Notes. "We've never seen that. We'll get back to you"

They refunded my money and offered to give me a second serial number for free. Since the first copy doesn't work I told them not to bother.

It's a real shame this application is so poorly written, tested, and supported. If it worked there would have been many copies purchased at my company.

Let me be clear in that I do not in any way hold TUAW or it's staff responsible for these problems. I am a long time reader and am grateful that they bring us the latest news and info for the Mac platforms.

The blame lies squarely with PocketMac.

Was the PocketMac Support team unable to help you? If you haven't tried support, I really encourage you to do so. It's free, and the guys are all really nice. It's at http://www.pocketmacsupport.net

They do not respond to the support request I opened two days ago.

They do not let you talk to a person on their 800 #.

They are completely unavailable to help.

I have followed up on the support request 6 times and received no response.

If no resolution is available by Monday 26 September 2008 at 5PM Eastern the charge will be placed in dispute for FAILURE TO PROVIDE GOODS AND SERVICES PAID FOR.
Tried that, same condition.

It installs, I register, iPhone icon never shows up and CallHistory...Backup fails.

This application is a complete and total pile of flaming dog poo. DO NOT BUY IT until/if they ever get it working.

I will be requesting a refund and will dispute the charge for "Failure to deliver goods or services" with my credit card.
What all did you delete to consider it a clean install?

I've never had Mark Space software.

Was really excited about this. Now am fuming.
Should have said re-install instead of install. Emailed support. Don't have a good feeling about this.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
