Feb 29th 2008 9:15PM It is not a matter of the kid wanting one. If he NEVER was given the box, I think he would have accepted the fact and moved on.

They made him believe he actually WAS given one as a gift. Only to pull the rug out from under him and laugh at him to boot when he found out the intend was never there.
If they just let it be and put his cloths in a regular old box, the kid would not be heart-broken.
