Original plastic MacBook came out with no event.
This is normal.

To fix.. let the battery run down below 93%.. then charge you'll go up to 100%.

This has been the case for Tiger, Leopard and Snow Leopard. All Apple portable machines for the last 4-5 years do this.

I am an Apple fanboy, and even I want to smack this tard
The price is for the lcd, glass, home button, and ambient/proximity sensors.. they are all one piece. NOT just the glass, that would be retarded.

My question is - does it help with games that suffer from poor frame rates? ie. Mass Effect.

I recall running around the main homeworld/base thingy-majigga with terrible stutters and jumps in frame rate, to the point where I nearly stopped playing altogether.

If I install this on to my Xbox 360, will it play nice and smooth? Or am I being far too optimistic?
Might I point out that Apple's Geniuses (Genii?) answer questions / solve problems regardless of any purchase whatsoever.

sorry.. i just don't agree with that at all.

I've always found the layout of the filesystem in Mac OS X to be incredibly logical.. and therefore have no problem using Finder to get to the app/file that I require.

Whenever I use Explorer it just feels incredibly detached from the computer, and the layout is horrible.

I also find with Windows that you are encouraged at every available opportunity to keep things on the Desktop. It seems that if you want to get to where your files are actually stored they are buried away under 3+ clicks or double clicks, in folders which are titled terribly.

In Mac OS X, click the Finder icon.. and you are taken directly to your files.

I also find that launching an App in Mac OS X can be achieved much faster with the Dock, or even a Applications stack in the Dock, or as another user points out.. Go/Applications.. or even clicking the Finder icon and then the Applications folder in the Sidebar.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
