Capstone is the descendant of Rosen Motors -- Rosen Motors was a tech start-up conceived by Ben and Harold Rosen in the mid '90s (http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,985185-1,00.html). The Rosen Brothers were responsible for some of the core invention of Hughes satellites.
At the time, they were showing off prototypes of their micro-turbine in luxury Lexus and Mercedes sedans(here is a Saturn prototype -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xG66JQmdMv8) that promised insane MPG.
The company never got off the ground and the IP was moved to Capstone who proceeded to market MT-based generators and whatnot. I always wondered what would come of their designs. Nice to see they never completely disappeared.
You obviously made a mistake typing, as you misspelled "the South", "California".
Surely when you were ranting about 'Free Everything' and vampires, etc... you were talking about the lopsided tax burden that the South and its citizens encumbers the rest of the productive country(especially our nation's workhorse, California) with, right?
Please remove this embarrasing review. That this is linked to by engadget really does a disservice to engadget and it's readers. I have not read such a terribly executed review in a long time. Who did the palm os developer-douchebag blow over there to get such an undeserving plug??
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
