OSX is fine for running on macs. Windows is fine for running on PC's. It doesn't matter which one you use, as long as they work for you, that should be all that matters
I have to point this out. LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display. I hope the writer for this realizes they're saying "multi touch liquid crystal display display.
