I would like to have a 360 for my awesome dorm room! Whoop!
What I am wondering is what would happen when I put this thing and my pocket and start walking...is it going to go crazy? Or, maybe the hold button turns the "shake" off.

Well it's about time. I can't believe you post on every Apple update but not Google Chrome!

Anyway, I'm typing this on Chrome. Yes, it is in Beta, so you don't expect it to be perfect....but I haven't used Firefox or IE since Chrome came out.

@Orion

Woah, woah, woah there. Being tutored on the side isn't as intense as going to school?

I have been homeschooled my whole life by my mom (which doesn't have any teaching education) and am at Texas A&M right now with a four year full-ride in Aerospace Engineering.

Don't pick on the homeschoolers.

Dang, man. Thanks for the profile link...it was very enlightening.

I vote we kick this guy out.

My 2-cents:

If he actually did qualify for the Olympics and got maybe 4th, everybody would cheer, shed a tear, and talk about how much determination this guy has.

But....

If he did get 1st, it would start an uproar and he might even have his gold taken away. The fact that he uses less energy than his organic-legged competitors makes it unfair.

But, he didn't qualify, therefore the comment you just read was meaningless.

Booyah! Number 4 came true (although it was a no-brainer)!

@theNONjay:

Yeah, a widescreen DS is definitely at the bottom of the "come true" list, but I had to put it in there to give me hope.

I can totally see putting a nice widescreen on the top, moving the speakers to a different location. The bottom touch screen can stay the same aspect ratio (leaving room for the buttons) while maybe making it multi-touch. All in all, it's just a dream in my head.
Predictions!

1) Widescreen DS

2) External Wii storage

3) New Wii Colors

4) Balance Board Games

5) A new Wii channel
Oops, I meant "thumb-eye coordination".

I have never owned a console before the Wii. Sad, I know, but I just got into the gaming world way late.

I am LOVING the Wii. I absolutely love the VC because it has some games that got good reviews way back when. Right now I am finishing up Super Mario World and I am addicted. I have never played a game where hand-thumb coordination is so great.

Sure, I get fun of at college because I know nothing about gaming but I am learning, and the Wii has been helping me a great deal.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
