Turning off 3G doesn't make any difference. You get much better QoS from 2-3 bars of 3G voice than you get with 4-5 bars of 2G voice.
I love how no one thinks this is a fake because it's not an iPhone (3G).
It's not a service pack you fucking idiot. It's a stable release of a newer version of an Operating System. Think of it as Vista to Windows 7...LOL.
Apple abandoned Lynx as a trademark, looks like 10.6 will be called "Cougar," and it could be the last version of OS X.
Excellent client. Wouldn't use anything less.
Looks like they removed it.
Looks like they just removed the feature, can't find it moved anywhere else.
That's some stupid Outlook/Entourage thing called ActiveLink. It's Pseudo-push. Push is solely controlled by the IMAP server.
Push e-mail is exactly as it sounds. Instead of the phone checking every X minutes, the server will send the e-mails out and tell the phone to download it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
