try reading the actual financial statements .. the key word is "shipped", not "sold".
Any income from Zune is a result of MS using its influence to get retailers to _carry_ the Zune in their stores. MS can then ships lots of them to these retailers and book revenues off it. This should not be confused with people actually BUYING Zunes, as you'll find them gathering dust in many of these stores.
