I chuckled :D

"I love how the title insinuates that this is not only just a Microsoft problem, but Windows 7 more specifically. Poor taste for a few more clicks Joe."

Was that really worth deleting Joe? I believe this article deserves an "Update:", as it was blatantly written to bad-mouth Microsoft/Windows 7, where-as the blame obviously lies elsewhere. For SHAME sir!

One of my consoles was banned, and I'm not complaining. I knew what I was getting into. I just can't help but hack something if the opportunity is there :D
Where did they get the touchscreen element? Inquisitive minds would like to know!
Contract? $250 AND a contract? What a complete joke.
@Mark

Mine works perfect, never gave it a second thought after installing.
@Charli

How feeble minded are you to assume there are not more than 2 practical uses for a touch screen?
There's irony in there somewhere...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
