I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
My favorite post would probably be the one about a project that was eerily similar to one I spent a semester working on in a graduate design class. It popped up on Engadget a couple months after the class ended, and I was like, "Wait... wtf? That's basically our project!" We got a A, by the way.
This mod in particular seems like it has a rather obvious "legitimate" purpose, in that one can load all of their legally purchased games onto a disk and play them without having to change disks all the time. Personally, I don't play marathon sessions involving multiple games, so it's not too inconvenient for me to change disks, but there is a clear benefit to legitimate gamers here.
The President doesn't make laws. You could ask Congress to pass a law for you, though, but you'd better ask nicely.
There's a setting somewhere in Twonky's config to fix that problem (at least in the V5 beta) by turning off some sort of drop-client message.
The TwonkyVision media server allegedly has internet radio support. I haven't tried that feature yet, but so far it works great as a UPnP media server for my PS3, so I would imagine the radio part would also be well implemented. It may not be exactly what you're looking for, and of course it's not built-in, but you might give it a shot.
I think the 512MB is due to Microsoft's limits on what they're allowed to sell Windows XP for. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure MS said no more than 512.

'Course having it void the warranty is still pretty sucky.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
