Remember M$ said they were considering blu-ray after the loss of hd-dvds? Well I and almost everyone I know said that it will not happen. They have their vod service and some folks enjoy it. Right then I knew it was time to get a stand alone BR player. So no surprising.
What class for a team member.
Well two months today I own blu-ray. So count me in.
I agree Mark. Start to the Movie was great. No fooling around with trailers. PQ/SQ was amazing. Very Deep BASS. Little to much for my girl who bitched everytime I watched it. Just had to get used to 35mm and IMax footage.
That morning, I went to my local Wally World here in Northeast PA at 4am before work at 8 and there was only 3 bd left. I was surprised
Since I purchased a new Memorex MVBD-2510 player my logitech 360 remote seems like its on its way out.

Ever since the so called war is over I havent bought a one HD-DVD disc and just heard all the fanboys complain. DVRMSToolBox isnt the only thing that broke while updatiung the code. Also Webguide. Which is a good program that Microsoft picked up last for a good amount.
Update: 29 Channels on Comcast in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Area. Comcast just added YesHD as of yesterday April 23rd.
One thing is for sure, I'm happy this site was pointed out to me . I never knew it was alive. But For my local OTA I get 9 Channels. Comcast provides 28. Which I am happy. But until recently, I lost all me fox channels, 56.1, 56.2, 56.3, all on my pc's only. All my TV's with (2) Tv tuner feeds work fine. But I like watch My Phillies on MyNetworkTV. In 18705 Area. Microsoft Does know. But they think its the feed itself and not sp1 update. I dont know. I'm just ranting now.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
