This would be the Wireless N access point that looks exactly like their Wireless N routers but completely fails to work with it in a wireless capacity?

Why the hell do they keep putting out 2.4 Ghz 802.11N routers but 5.0 Ghz 802.11N access points?

The only dual band 2.4/5.0 Ghz router they make looks fucking hideous (and completely different to these access points).
Wow, dodgy CG and a soundtrack apparently lifted from a 90s video game? I'm sold.
I honestly don't know why developers bother, no matter how good their software guys are, they are outnumbered 100 to 1 by guys who are just as capable and far more motivated.
I would be modest, but I'm just too damned good.
Seconded.

The lack of true GPS was one of the primary reasons I didn't buy an iPhone, 3G is nice, but if it's still lacking real GPS then I'll just wait for the third generation one.

There are rumors of A2DP support hooks in firmware 2.0, so that's probably just a matter of time.
Oooh, ooh! Do it whilst riding a segway, you'll be the envy of everyone who sees you! Heads will literally explode from envy....

.... or not.
Depends on where you cross, but a couple of idiots on an inflatable mattress tried to swim across the wider part of it a few years ago.

They were unsuccessful.
Asylum seekers are willing to try to cross 20 miles of the English
channel for a chance at a better life.

Cubans are willing to cross a hell of a lot more than that for the same thing.

... and they think a fence is going to stop people from coming?

Short of a remake of the Berlin wall, I really can't see it being a
deterrent.
I could have sworn the Benetton team were fined for using a device like this in the 90s.
Ironically, it's actually the PS3's blu ray drive that's the reason for a lot of these installs;
http://multiplayerblog.mtv.com/2008/04/01/the-mystery-behind-playstation-3s-sometimes-mandatory-installations-as-far-as-we-know/

Are there any 360 games that require an install? Since not all machines have a hard drive, I'd be surprised.

That said, I wish Mass Effect had an install option, so I don't have to sit through three hour fucking elevator rides....
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
